After we speak and confirm all of your details, I will send you an invoice through PayPal as well as a Client Agreement.

→ Aside from the cost of design, are there any other costs I should be aware of?
The two primary costs associated with having a website are your domain name and hosting. If you don’t already have a domain name, you can purchase one through Squarespace or another company. Squarespace’s pricing for domains tend to be a little more than other companies, but the convenience of doing everything with one company can be worth the few extra dollars. A standard Squarespace domain is currently $20 per year, and through other companies the average is around $10-15 per year.
Your Squarespace subscription takes care of your hosting and includes security, automatic software updates, and amazing 24/7 customer support. You can read more about Squarespace plan pricing here. Most clients I work with choose the Business plan because it includes things like MailChimp integration, promotional pop-ups, and the ability to add custom code. The Business plan is currently between $18-26 per month, depending on if you pay annually or monthly. If you’re planning to sell online, you will want to consider one of their e-Commerce plans.
Below are some other costs you might want to consider. (Some of these have free options.)
Photoshoot with a local photographer or stock images
Custom email address/G-Suite
Email Service Provider (e.g. Mailchimp)
Scheduling Software (e.g. Acuity or Calendly)
