Is there an area of your life you are SO tired of struggling with?

For me, there is one area of my life in particular that I have struggled with for many years. I’ll go into deets in another post (because it’ll be a biggie), but for now, just know I totally get it.

I KNOW what it’s like to struggle with something… to try over and over, with what seems like a million different techniques and coming at it from every angle possible, and still… nothing. It’s still there. Showing up in your life like a big, grey, concrete wall that’s blocking you from breaking through to the freedom, expansion, and growth you are seeking.

At the same time, I also know what it’s like to NOT STRUGGLE with something. To experience that beautiful, blissful feeling where everything flows and you are barely exerting any effort at all.

In my relentless desire to experience freedom and flow in this area of my life, I reached out to Michael Mackintosh, my favorite Meditation Teacher that I found through the Insight Timer app.

A few months ago, he said if I ever had a request for any specific kind of meditation, to send it his way.

Of course, I couldn’t resist! I sent him a request for a meditation that could help me release the experience of struggle.

So yesterday, when I opened the app in the morning, I can’t even tell you how excited I was to see this 👇being featured as the Daily Insight!! 😃

I chose the 20 minute version and while listening to it, I focused on the area of my life that I mentioned above and had a profound revelation:

There are areas of my life that flow very easily. So, if I can experience flow in those areas of my life, then surely I can flow in this area as well!

I followed his prompts during the meditation and was able to apply the same confidence I have in my normal flow area to the “struggle” area, and for the first time, I could actually see and feel myself flowing there!

This was a HUGE breakthrough for me. I also received a great idea related to this previous struggle area that I’m excited to implement.

I listened to it again today and it was just as powerful and effective as it was the first time. It is definitely going to be my go-to morning meditation until the flow I see and feel during my meditation has become manifest reality.

If my past experience is any indicator, that is going to be happening very soon. 😊
