Self-Mastery Reminder for the Day: Believe in Yourself

So often, the only thing holding us back or keeping us from achieving our goals and reaching our highest potential is a lack of self-belief. And what is a belief? It's simply a thought that you agree with.

So instead of listening to all of the reasons your mind can come up with as to why you can't achieve something and agreeing with them, why not tune into the loving voice of God/Source within you that tells you that you can, and agree with that voice instead? 

The more time you spend consciously connecting with your Source, the easier it will be to hear that voice of love and encouragement within you. Try this quick Heart-Mind Exercise below.

Two-Minute Heart-Mind Exercise

Take a moment right now and think of something you desire, something you really want to achieve.

Then put your hand over your heart and say either aloud or silently:

"Thank you for this divine idea You have sparked within my heart. I may not see all of the pieces of the puzzle right now, but I know that You do. Please align my thoughts and vision with Yours and guide me forward through external signs, internal feelings, and wonderful opportunities.

I love You. I trust You. Thank You."

Whenever your confidence in achieving something starts feeling shaky or you start to doubt yourself, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and repeat the practice above.

It will help you tune out those voices of doubt, and tune into the voices of truth, love, and encouragement within you.
