3-Minute Soak in the Silence Meditation
Self-Mastery Reminder of the Day: Soak in the Silence.
Beyond the constant chatter of your mind lies your deepest truths and the answers to all of your questions.
They reside in the spaces between your thoughts, in the silence.
Today, give yourself the gift of silence, even if it's just for 3 mins.
Allow yourself to swim in the beauty and peace that it offers to you.
Set a timer on your phone, and totally unplug.
Shift into being an observer.
Here are some things you can try during those 3 minutes:
🌟 Notice all of the objects that are surrounding you, one by one.
🌟 Notice what sounds you hear.
🌟 Notice how your body feels, start at your head and slowly move to your feet.
🌟 Notice how you're feeling emotionally.
🌟 Notice your breath.
